2. Printable return label: Company will send a printable return label — print it and tape it securely to the parcel.

3. Return proof video: Record a short video showing the item being placed back in its packet and the parcel’s outer condition. Send this video on WhatsApp before returning.

4. Important: Missing any of the required steps may invalidate the return process.
